Filing a complaint
To file a claim, follow the steps below:
1. Return/Reclamation Form
Send an email to: [email protected] containing the following details: name, surname, mailing address, telephone number, order number or Allegro login and the reason for the complaint.
2. Sending back the product
When making a complaint, please send back the product with a copy of the purchase invoice or the original receipt.
3. Shipping
Complained or returned product, should be sent to the address:

Return of goods
According to the current law, you have 30 days to return the goods. To withdraw from the contract and return the product purchased from us, fill out the necessary statement and send the product to our address.
Attach a receipt or invoice to the package with the statement and returned product(s).
